Is is surely the most used application to burn cd and dvd and now also BluRay and HD-DVD. It is not only a burning software, it is a complete suite of programs to manage and edit, convert audio, video and photo. It also comes with a media player. In my life I have used and tried many software, but no one is like Nero. It has a nice wizard to help beginners, but I prefer the traditional interface of the program where you can select all the option you want. I think that this is the best approach to the huge public of beginners and skinned users.

All the new versions are not so rich of new implemented tools, but maybe just new improvements of compatibility for the new formats. This for the main program, the one called NERO Burning. Aside of it there are other software, all stand-alone, and they are the real news of the new versions!

Anyway, it is the most complete suite user-friendly on the web by now. Other software may be smaller, faster, but NERO is a Must-Have in every computer.
